Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans rooted in solution-focused therapy.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, while employing a variety of methodologies to cater to specific client circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards of care.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver holistic patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
