Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals, ensuring alignment with the clients' therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic and effective care.
• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in immediate distress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that address common mental health issues.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The financial package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
