Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics as needed to evaluate patient status and the effectiveness of existing mental health care, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized, culturally adept care plans.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through structured interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies employed to support mental health diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in electronic health records management.
• Collaboration with patients and their support systems to devise comprehensive treatment plans that align with the patient's needs, objectives, and management strategies.
• Anticipate challenges in patient safety and symptom management, implementing interventions to address these areas proactively.
• Coordinate referral options efficiently, acting as a liaison between patients and other health service providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to the professional development of future mental health professionals.
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical case discussions, fostering a collaborative learning environment for all team members.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Pathway Counseling Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
