Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, tailoring your interventions accordingly.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that are informed by client input and align with established therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated and effective client care.
• Offer crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients when necessary, enabling timely support during urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting client progress and adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to empower clients and enhance their coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds seeking assistance with a variety of mental health challenges. This includes assisting adolescents, adults, and families who may be experiencing transitional mental health issues or chronic conditions that require ongoing support. Your expertise will provide a crucial resource for those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a mandatory requirement.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, working directly with clients in therapeutic capacities.
• Strong familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills that allow for effective rapport building with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar settings, exhibiting adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems for effective case management and documentation.
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
