Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health conditions effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on solution-focused practices and best practice standards.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing interventions aligned with evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to coordinate holistic treatment strategies for patients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews, sharing knowledge to elevate care quality and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working with a diverse population of patients who present with a wide variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, with a focus on psychotherapy practices.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly solution-focused therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
