Work Environment

This role is situated in a climate-controlled office setting that allows for daily movement and interaction with other healthcare providers. You will work remotely, engaging with a collaborative and collegial team of mental health professionals dedicated to delivering quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing appropriate clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, cultural considerations, and patient-specific needs, while continuously monitoring and revising the plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies that aim to enhance patient outcomes and support the mental health diagnosis.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical information, and reporting as per regulatory and departmental standards, employing current technology for efficiency.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment approaches that align with the patient’s desired goals and outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison to coordinate referrals and establish effective communication with other healthcare providers and agencies to optimize treatment pathways.
• Provide mentorship and training to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering the growth of future mental health professionals.
• Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration efforts under the guidance of clinical supervisors to enhance team development and service delivery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
