Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information on clients' mental health status, strengths, and support systems.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, for individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, setting achievable goals and selecting appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans in response to immediate client needs.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing experiences.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
