• Required Qualifications: Certification in home health or hospice, relevant healthcare experience, valid licensure to practice in North Carolina, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or hospice services.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday days, with call requirements every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and that weekend.
• Additional Information: Requires a reliable vehicle for patient visits; familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as HCHB is preferred.
• Notes: Position created to replace a contractor. No internal notes or facility-specific branding are included.
