About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Value Chain Data and AI Product. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and measurable business impact of data and AI products across the global value chain. This includes areas such as demand and supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, and operational sustainability. The role demands a strategic leader who can define and own the multi-year data and AI product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global supply chain, operations, and sustainability priorities. The VP will also lead a global product organization, oversee the end-to-end delivery of the data and AI product portfolio, and ensure that all initiatives are tied to operational KPIs, cost and service outcomes, and enterprise value creation. Candidates for this role should have 12-15+ years' of experience in data, analytics, product management, or technology leadership within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments. A deep understanding of end-to-end value chain ecosystems and expertise in advanced analytics and ML use cases is essential. The VP will be expected to maintain technical fluency in data platforms, integration frameworks, and modern cloud-based architectures, and to have experience in building and leading global teams. Proficiency in Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements through data and AI solutions are also required. The role involves significant stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and a commitment to responsible, ethical AI usage.
