Client Portfolio Coordinator

Client Portfolio Coordinator Supporting the East Central Program Management/Construction Management market, the Client Portfolio Coordinator works with sales leaders to manage portfolios, client accounts, and growth initiatives, providing administrative support to enhance sales and delivery performances. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative sales support relating to CRM updates, budget requests, and coordination with operations, contracts, legal, insurance, and financial teams. Support client meetings, industry events, and external engagements to build long‑term client relationships. Conduct research on market trends, opportunities, and decision makers to support pipeline growth. Plan and implement conference plans and award submissions in coordination with sales teams. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales portfolio and ensure End Game readiness, including: CRM documentation accuracy, procurement details, and milestones. Facilitate Go/No-Go process in Salesforce and engage proposal resources early. Advance Middle Game activities and conduct opportunity‑specific research. Support compliance with business strategies and risk scenarios. Shadow sales professionals on geographic must‑win opportunities. Assist Market Directors with social media and marketing strategies to promote market penetration. Oversee pre‑qualification requirements and submissions for sole‑source and competitive task orders. Support proposals and interviews, from formatting to full coordination. Update key resumes and project descriptions. Project Delivery Activities (Geographic Strategic Proposal Managers) Assist project managers with project set‑up activities, internal approvals, and RAMP tool preparation. Generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. Proofread and edit technical and non‑technical documents. Assist with routine activities such as drafting invoices, progress reports, meetings, and Excel data entry. Prepare internal documentation, project summaries, client quotes, and update team resumes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, marketing, communication, technical, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or project execution within technical, engineering, or construction industry. Proficiency in Salesforce for account planning and opportunity management. Experience with Adobe applications, including InDesign.
