Partner Development Manager

To expand market reach and drive revenue, the remote Partner Development Manager will manage a portfolio of technology and integration partnerships, overseeing sourcing, negotiation, execution, and growth of partner relationships in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Identify and prioritize new partners, leading outreach and negotiating agreements that align with company strategy Manage a portfolio of strategic integration partners, ensuring clear priorities, relationship maps, and measurable outcomes Coordinate internal and partner teams through all phases of integration execution from discovery to post-launch optimization Required qualifications Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or alliances within B2B SaaS, preferably in security or identity sectors Demonstrated ability to take technology partnerships from initial conversation through to launch and commercial activation Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial agreements Experience with co-sell, marketplace, or OEM motions that link partner activity to revenue Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams on integrations and solutions
