You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day — and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. You manage the daily account functions — audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation — that determine whether customers stay.* Real leadership, not just supervision. Every route keeps hospitals stocked and patients cared for.You're the right fit if you:* High School Degree,* Bring previous management experience and strong leadership skills, ideally in a route-based or distribution environment* Have a demonstrated quality focus and a customer-centric mindset* Know your way around DOT/FMCSA compliance and can keep a fleet safe, clean, and road-ready* Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run* Can adapt fast — competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you* Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirementsA bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.Ready to run your own routes and your own team?
