Job Overview

• Experience: 3+ years of family law experience required.
• Location: Austin, TX hybrid weekly schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Status: Full-time, At least 40 Hours Weekly, Benefit Eligible.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of trial experience dealing with family law litigation.
• Experience covering every aspect of family law litigation including witness preparation and all phases of discovery.
• Education from a top-tier litigation law school.
• Professional, personable, highly organized, efficient, proactive, trustworthy, and resourceful.
• Desire to problem-solve, pitch in, and work in a competitive yet positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential clients and sign up new clients.
• Handle the client’s case from beginning to end while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Work with a team of legal professionals to assist you.
• Handle own docket and be responsible for bringing in new clients, meeting client demand.
