Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. Ensures pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective. Conducts job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews. Develops compensation recommendations and costing. Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items. Assists in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
