Human Resources Recruiter

The Call Center Operations Human Resources Recruiter (CMS Medicare/Medicaid) based in Winchester, Kentucky call center, is responsible for full cycle recruitment of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other call center staff. These staff members provide support to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. This role is critical in building the call center’s foundation. It ensures attraction, screening, and hiring of candidates with the necessary skills , experience, and commitment to service excellence and CMS compliance.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in an HR Recruiter preferably supporting a high-volume call center or similar operational environment.Strong knowledge pf federal and Kentucky State employment laws and regulations.Experience with CMS Medicare/Medicaid compliance requirements related to call center operations (e.g., HIPAA) is required.Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and active listening skills are required.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.Available to work on site at the Winchester, Kentucky location. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vitalizing Business Solutions Inc
