Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – Hopkinsville, KY Part Time Pennyrile Senior Apartments We are seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician to work at our Pennyrile Senior community in Hopkinsville, KY for approximately 20 hours per week. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self‑motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Duties to Include Maintenance of buildings & units Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate Minor plumbing & electrical repairs Snow removal from walkways, some light cleaning and picking up grounds Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self‑motivator and have their own tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
