What You’ll Do Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make‑readies) Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community Participate in on‑call rotations if needed What We’re Looking For Previous maintenance experience required EPA Certification strongly preferred HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer service and communication skills High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
