About Seaside Service Center

Seaside Service Center is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience from start to finish while helping drive sales and workflow. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers estimated annual earnings of $45,000–$75,000 through a base salary plus commission structure. The shop services Domestic, Asian, European, Diesel, and Fleet vehicles in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs to customers
• Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow and repair timelines
• Present and sell appropriate maintenance and repair recommendations
• Professionally address customer concerns, questions, and objections
• Guide customers through larger repair decisions with clear, confident communication
• Handle warranty claims and order parts as needed
• Work toward established performance expectations, including approximately $20,000 in weekly sales when fully staffed, approximately $75,000 in monthly sales volume, and an expected car count of 7–8 vehicles per day

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and sales skills
• Basic automotive technical and diagnostic understanding required
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment and handle difficult customer conversations professionally
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus; no specific certifications or brand experience are required
