HR Systems Analyst Location: Fremont, CA Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Overview Put your HR Systems Analyst skills in gear. Responsibilities and Qualifications 1-2 years of HRIS, HR systems, or HR operations experience required Experience with Workday HCM strongly preferred Previous experience within technical services, manufacturing, logistics, or tech-related environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments Strong communication and customer service skills Handle and resolve HR system support tickets across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and internal systems Support Shipping & Receiving and warehouse‑related HR operational needs as required Assist during open enrollment, including testing, validation, and configuration support Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Partner with HR and Payroll teams to troubleshoot employee inquiries and data issues Assist with system testing, process improvements, and documentation Identify recurring system issues and recommend process enhancements Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data Benefits Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
