Job Description

• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.
• Generate and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to senior management.
• Support procurement activities, including supplier selection and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all supply chain processes.
• This role is hybrid on site two days a week in Culver City, CA.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge of supply planning and inventory management principles, particularly within the cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools for planning and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
