Key Responsibilities Support the end‑to‑end product development process from ideation to launch for professional formulas and packaging. Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and ingredient research to support innovative, on‑trend product strategies. Partner closely with Education and Clinical to help manage claims substantiation, clinical testing, and documentation. Ensure Project Tracker is up to date on all formula and packaging samples along with feedback. Partner closely with Marketing to review all copy and claims for regulatory compliance. Manage the Product Marketing process to ensure Creative artwork translates into physical product. Work closely with packaging suppliers to transition final artwork to Pre‑Production Samples and full production samples. Liaise directly with raw material and packaging suppliers to request samples and technical documentation for continuous COGs improvements. Follow up consistently to ensure timely delivery of lab samples, packaging comps, and submissions for evaluation. Maintain organized records of sample status and testing outcomes. Ensure all products are developed in compliance with global regulatory standards, safety requirements, and internal quality protocols. Partner closely with Operations to ensure all production batches are tested according to their clinical protocol. Help identify and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and sustainable innovations relevant to the skincare category. Ensure all Registrations are up to date, including expansion into new markets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Product Development, or related field. 5+ years experience in product development within the personal care industry. Skincare experience preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers. Understanding of skincare ingredients, formulations, and consumer trends. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet), and PLM systems a plus.
