Job DescriptionQUALIFICATIONS:Practical experience creating and implementing project plans and schedules according to project goals and objectives. Practical experience conducting requirements gathering with business teams Working knowledge of project management concepts as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Ability to self-motivate and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to adjust to changing situations to meet emergencies or changing program or production requirements. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels, team members, peers, management, business stakeholders. Ability to prioritize, execute and manage work in a matrixed, high-pressure environment. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with diverse user groups and provide support to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience effectively using MS Office tools Hands-on experience in managing escalated issues and dispute resolution of any components of a project with the ability to understand when to escalate issues to senior management.
