We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Insurance Advisor to join our growing sales team.

This is not simply a quoting position. Our Insurance Advisors are expected to understand a client's needs, identify coverage gaps, compare options across multiple carriers, and provide professional recommendations.

You'll have access to agency-generated leads, modern sales technology, multiple insurance markets, and a team focused on helping you build a successful long-term career in insurance.

Responsibilities

Successful Insurance Advisors

Build and manage an active sales pipeline

Follow up relentlessly and professionally

Write $40,000+ in new business premium per month

Develop multi-policy client relationships

Generate referrals from satisfied clients

Improve their insurance knowledge and sales ability every month

Take ownership of their individual production and results

Requirements

Competitive and internally motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects

Coachable and willing to work within a structured sales process

Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline

Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused

Comfortable working toward measurable production goals

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required

Utah Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; ability to obtain licensing is required
