Project Estimator

S & H Glass Systems

S&H Glass Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to prepare accurate bids and help grow our business. Responsibilities Review plans, specs, and bid documents Perform material and labor takeoffs Prepare accurate and competitive bids Price materials, labor, equipment, and subs Obtain vendor quotes and analyze costs Communicate with GCs and track bid deadlines Identify scope gaps and provide alternatives Transition awarded projects to Project Manager Qualifications 3-5+ years estimating in commercial or residential glass/glazing Experience with storefront, curtain wall, shower enclosures, mirrors, railings, and glazing systems Proficient in Bluebeam, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and job costing Detail-oriented with strong communication and organization Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs #J-18808-Ljbffr
