Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician, Integrity Gold Coast8:30 AM - 5:00 PMon-call rotation Were looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. Essential Job Functions: Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.Help maintain the propertys appearance and amenities.Prepare vacant units for new residents.Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.Qualifications/Requirements:2-3 years of maintenance experience.Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.Good communication and problem-solving skills.A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.Must have own hand tools.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.Benefits20 days of PTO per year (pro-rated in the first year)7 paid holidayson-call pay including travel paygas allowancemedical, dental, vision, life, STD, 401(k) & matchrenewal commissionCompensation details: 20-23 Hourly WagePIcca494bdc722-31181-39710516
