Project Manager

This is a Commercial Construction Project Manager role—not an IT Project Manager. We're looking for someone with experience managing ground-up commercial projects for a General Contractor from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll join a well-established contractor known for tackling complex commercial projects while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture where people build long-term careers. What You’ll Do Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, buyout, schedules, and subcontractors Lead owner meetings and coordinate with field teams throughout construction Partner closely with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and on budget Play an active role in project execution—not just paperwork What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor Experience with ground-up commercial construction Comfortable managing estimating, buyout, and field coordination Self-perform construction experience is a plus Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred Why This Opportunity?
