Responsibilities Kforce's client, a leading global professional services organization in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced College & University Recruiter to lead recruiting strategy and execution across a portfolio of approximately 10-12 campuses. Responsibilities: Recruiter will develop and manage campus recruiting strategies and activity plans Coordinate recruiting initiatives across multiple universities Coach business professionals and alumni participating in campus events As a Recruiter, you will create recruiting content, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies Track deliverables and ensure successful execution of recruiting activities Partner with stakeholders to maintain a strong university talent pipeline Requirements College/university recruiting experience Experience managing multiple campuses or recruiting programs Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to coach and influence business leaders Preferred Big Four or professional services recruiting experience Experience supporting decentralized campus recruiting models This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape the future of campus recruiting within a large, global organization. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
