To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on sales while managing a pipeline of warm leads. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and run virtual consultations Educate clients on services such as laser hair removal and skin treatments while presenting financing options Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs Required qualifications 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty Comfortable with high call volume and achieving sales quotas Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
