Mental Health Therapist (Afternoon/Evening)

Overview Ellie Mental Health is seeking professional counselors, social workers, and marriage & family therapists to join our outpatient team in Littleton, CO and Highlands Ranch, CO. Location & Schedule Locations: Littleton, Colorado & Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Availability: Afternoon–Evening (12:00 pm – 7:00 pm). Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to help close gaps in community mental health access. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol. Maintain required billable hours per week (minimum 12; 25 billable hours per week for benefit-eligible clinicians). Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school personnel as needed. Attend and participate in clinical consultations and trainings. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field. Clinical licensure registration with the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (DORA). Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation promptly (same day/next day). Comfortable working with a diverse client base. Proficient with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
