Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing | Production | Assembly Build Products Used Across the Country Looking for a dependable first-shift job with weekly pay and opportunities to grow? Express Employment Professionals is hiring Manufacturing Team Members for a leading manufacturer of commercial coolers, freezers, and refrigeration systems in New Lisbon, WI. This is a hands-on position where you'll work with a team to build high-quality products used in restaurants, convenience stores, schools, and businesses nationwide. What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble cooler and freezer components using hand and power tools
- Apply insulation, sealing, and foaming materials during production
- Operate manufacturing and sheet metal equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Prepare finished units for shipment
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus
