Team Leader Paralegal

Closing Date: 2026-07-05 11:45 PM (YYYY-MM-DD) Permanent – Full Time About the role The Investigation & Legal team investigates serious and complex allegations about lawyers and law practices, or unqualified people acting as lawyers, to try to achieve the appropriate outcome to best protect the public. When warranted, this team conducts disciplinary and criminal prosecutions in a variety of jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, State Administrative Tribunal and Magistrates Court. This team’s litigation role extends also to matters where the Board is the respondent such as review, appeal and civil matters. The Investigation & Legal team consists of support personnel headed up by the Team Leader Paralegal. Reporting to the Director Investigation and Legal, this role is responsible for the provision of paralegal and administrative services to support, guide and develop an efficient, resilient, well‑trained, responsive and professional support service to the Board’s Investigation and Legal team. This role is also responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. Want to know more?
