???? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
???? Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on-site in Edison, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit environment and is deeply passionate about helping clients navigate life-changing immigration processes.

• Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy
• Prepare, review, and assemble immigration petitions and applications
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
• Liaise with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and organized case files
• Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Provide general administrative and case support as needed

• 3–4 years of hands-on immigration law experience
  (family-based and employment-based cases preferred)
• Experience with employment-based visas: O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, NIW , etc.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and software
