Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to operate primarily from home while providing crucial services in various educational facilities. Working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, our employee will engage with children and their families in a supportive and adaptable manner, ensuring that all services align with evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine children's developmental needs and goals.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, ensuring accountability and timely reporting to educational teams.

• Support families by sharing strategies and resources aimed at enhancing their child's development and overall well-being.

• Comply with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches to engage with children in their learning spaces.

• Foster strong relationships with children and their families to create a healthy and productive learning atmosphere.

• Recommend the appropriate frequency of services based on child development stages and family priorities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position centers around working with children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our services aim to support children in achieving critical developmental milestones across various domains—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. The nurturing and supportive approach ensures that we address each child's unique challenges and strengths while involving families in the process to promote lasting changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is required for travel to various educational settings.

• One year of experience working in early intervention services, specifically with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
