Role Description The Financial Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring accurate, efficient financial processes across the organization. This role manages areas such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and reconciliation, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The Financial Operations Manager collaborates with operations, HR, and leadership teams to analyze financial performance, optimize workflows, and support budgeting and forecasting. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial data, resolving discrepancies, enhancing systems and procedures, and providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. This position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, helping build scalable financial operations that support long-term growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and cash flow management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• Candidates should possess skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Candidates should possess skills in using financial and ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage and interpret data.
• Relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
