Finance Operations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting processes, and day-to-day finance activities. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to maintain accurate financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily finance operations and related business processes.
- Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.
- Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Review financial data and prepare management reports and operational insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and internal workflows.
- Coordinate with accounting and other departments to resolve financial issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow activities.
- Maintain appropriate financial documentation and operational records.
- Support internal controls and established financial procedures.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Track operational finance metrics and report performance to leadership.
- Support audits and provide requested financial documentation.
- Assist with implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
