???? Schedule: M-F, 11:00am-7:00pm

The Forklift Operator plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely transporting materials, managing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to safety.

• Safely move materials throughout the facility to support production and logistics
• Organize and optimize loads to maintain efficient workflow
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or damage issues
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Track and manage inventory using RF scanning systems
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or quality concerns
• Assist with additional warehouse or operational tasks as needed

Skills & Abilities

• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Basic math and counting skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license
• Forklift certification or ability to complete on-site training and testing
