Location: Watford Salary: £34,080 + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) What you’ll be doing As a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by: Supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes Assisting experienced engineers on‑site while developing your technical skills Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction Working safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time This is a field‑based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work. Ideally, you’ll have: Awareness of safe digging practices A full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points) Good problem‑solving ability A positive, proactive approach to your work Training & support We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme: Week 1: Classroom‑based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office. (Where required, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during your induction). Week 2: On‑the‑job learning alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP engineer Ongoing: Structured development programmes and mentoring Our goal is to support you in progressing into a fully qualified Water Supply Pipe Engineer.
