We've had proven success with team members from backgrounds such as: Customer service, retail, appointment setting, door-to-door sales, trade shows, real estate, brand ambassador roles, and other people-facing positions.
What You'll Do

As a Lead Generator, you'll:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on the types of appointments and services we offer
• Schedule appointments with our call center
• Represent the company positively and confidently
• Work independently while being supported by a team

Who We're Looking For

• Positive, energetic, and personable personality
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Someone who wants flexibility and control over their income
• No experience required - we provide all training

Compensation

• $20-$25 per hour starting range + commission
• Top performers currently earning $65,000-$85,000 annually
