Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hands-on Pizzeria/ Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful pizzeria. 

 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
• Maintain acceptable food cost & payroll percentages
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget within our guidelines
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
• Track food and supply stock, place food orders, and reduce waste.

  Qualifications: 

• Experience : At least 2 years of pizzeria or restaurant management experience
• Catering Experience : Proven history managing off-site or high-volume tray catering
• Culinary Skills : Ability to make pizza and cook a full Italian-American menu
• Schedule : Availability to work nights, weekends & holidays
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS software 
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
