The Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our ever-growing team. Salary: Up to $42 hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
