Travel Certified Surgical Technician (CST) – Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 4x10s with Call (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in the operating room across a range of surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring proper technique throughout all surgical cases
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department schedule
• Collaborate with surgical team members to support patient safety and efficient case flow

Required Qualifications

• Active CST Certification through NBSTSA or NCCT required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of surgical technician experience in an OR setting
• All required certifications must be included at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and facility protocols
