Position Overview Personal Banker, Retail Branch organization, located in Ann Arbor, MI (Jackson/Zeeb branch). In‑office position. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Responsibilities Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to increase customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions for new revenue and loyalty. Conduct outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Deliver full PNC conversations with clients to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within limits, and exercising heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
