RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services to clients. Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records of client interactions, following up as needed to ensure successful resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential. A passion for providing exceptional service and solving problems.
