ROLE DESCRIPTION: As the Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dustin Braud - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. You help grow our agency by fostering meaningful client relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and our agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you enhance the lives of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information on insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Address client inquiries and deliver prompt responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Kenner, LA .
I am a proud graduate of LSU (BGS) and Nicholls (MBA).
