Are you experienced in batch mixing and manufacturing? We're looking for a Compounder to prepare high-quality production batches while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

What You'll Do

• Mix and compound batches by following formulas and process specifications
• Operate, set up, and sanitize production equipment
• Use barcode scanners and computerized systems to track materials and production
• Perform specialized processes, including pasteurization, homogenization, and heat treatments
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
• Handle raw materials, allergens, and inventory safely
• Operate forklifts and assist with material movement and tanker unloading

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of compounding, batch mixing, or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards
• Experience following formulas, recipes, or batch instructions
• Comfortable using scanners, production systems, and manufacturing equipment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Fernando, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
