Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room setting. This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on patient safety, assessment, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patients presenting with acute conditions in the emergency department.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of treatments and progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Have recent experience in an emergency room or acute care setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday shifts reliably.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
