Job Description

Join a fast-paced warehouse environment as a Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker . You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and cherry pickers to move, load, and manage materials throughout the warehouse. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards while contributing to the team’s productivity and success.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts to transport materials safely
• Ensure accurate order selection and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow warehouse safety policies and quality control procedures
• Support daily operations and complete assigned warehouse duties
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong attendance record and dependability
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base pay range for this position is $15.00–$17.00 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
