Minimum Requirements – Surgical Technologist
Schedule:

40 hours per week

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience in the Operating Room
MUST HAVE:
OPEN HEART EXPERIENCE
vast experience in vein retrieval
CVOR
Licensure / Certifications:

BLS (AHA) – Basic Life Support

CST – Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) or

TS-C – Surgical Tech Certification (NCCT)

FA Certification (First Assist) required

Required Skills:

Maintain sterile field and surgical instrumentation setup

Assist surgeons during operative procedures

Knowledge of surgical asepsis and sterile techniques

Ability to prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgery

Strong teamwork and communication skills in the OR environment
