Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week Salary: $75,000- $90,000 Annually The Associate Director of Children's Community-Based Programs provides leadership, administrative support, and operational oversight for the agency's community-based children's services, including Treatment Foster Care (TFC), Family Preservation Program (FPP), Parent Family Education Program (PFEP), Home Therapeutic Services (HTS), PASS, and related programs. Working in partnership with the Program Director, the Associate Director is responsible for supporting program operations, supervising staff, monitoring service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting quality outcomes for children and families. The Associate Director serves as a member of the program leadership team and plays a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
