Job Summary

We are seeking a SAP Security Analyst to provide hands-on functional and administrative ownership across SAP Security, SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and RevTrac-related transport and change controls.

Job Description

• Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP security roles and authorization concepts.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable role and access models aligned with business and operational requirements.
  
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure appropriate access and adherence to segregation of duties principles.
  
• Evaluate and support user access provisioning, role modifications, and remediation activities in accordance with enterprise security and compliance controls.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP security processes, role design, and access governance.
  
• Serve as a primary resource for SAP GRC design, configuration support, and ongoing administration.
  
• Maintain and enhance GRC processes supporting access governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  
• Support access risk analysis, remediation, and governance activities.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to identify control gaps and recommend sustainable process improvements.
  
• Help establish and maintain consistent governance practices across the SAP environment.
  
• Support and administer RevTrac-related transport and change control processes.
  
• Ensure SAP transports follow established governance, approval, and compliance requirements.
  
• Partner with technical and functional teams to support controlled SAP changes and resolve transport-related issues.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize transport and change management processes.
  
• Develop, maintain, and organize documentation supporting internal and external audit requirements.
  
• Ensure SAP Security, GRC, and transport control evidence is accurate, complete, and readily available.
  
• Support audit requests, walkthroughs, control testing, and remediation activities.
  
• Maintain strong documentation and evidence practices to support ongoing audit readiness.
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address control deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, security, compliance, and business teams across the organization.
  
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a structured enterprise environment.
  
• Communicate security, access, risk, and compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across SAP Security, GRC, and change control processes.

Skills Required

• Senior analyst-level experience supporting SAP Security.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP GRC design and administration.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP role design, authorization concepts, access controls, and governance principles.
  
• Experience preparing and maintaining documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured enterprise environment.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams.
  
• Preferred Qualifications
  
• Experience working within a global enterprise environment.
  
• Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) concepts and access risk management practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with RevTrac and SAP transport/change control processes.
  
• Experience improving, standardizing, or implementing SAP Security and transport control processes.
  
• Familiarity with regulated or highly controlled business environments.
  
• Experience supporting cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives.
  
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement sustainable security and governance solutions.

Education/Training/Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Rate

• $55 - $70 p er hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
